Liquor Licences NI was founded by Mark Adams, a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience specialising in the acquisition, disposal and transfer of liquor licences in Northern Ireland.

A graduate in Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University (1995), Mark began his career with one of Ireland's leading property consultancies, where he specialised in licensed premises. During this time, he advised major retailers, hotel operators and private clients on the acquisition and disposal of hotels, bars and off-sales, establishing a strong reputation in the specialist field of liquor licensing.

 

In 2007, Mark joined Premier Inn (Whitbread Group PLC), leading hotel development across Ireland, before becoming Development Director of an overseas property fund in 2009.

 

Today, Mark continues to advise national retailers, licensed operators and private clients on liquor licence acquisitions, disposals and transfers throughout Northern Ireland. His extensive market knowledge, commercial approach and decades of licensing experience have made Liquor Licences NI one of the region's leading specialist licensing consultancies.
