Douglas Bar, Limavady, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

Sale of the Intoxicating Liquor Licence on behalf of the owners of a well known public house in Limavady town centre who were seeking to retire from the licensed trade.

RESULT:

 

Secured a Purchaser wanting to establish an off-sales within their convenience store. Licence was successfully transferred through Court free from Objection.

 

Brewery Lan Liquor Licence.png

Brewery Lane Bar, Cookstown, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

Disposal of the Liquor Licence on behalf of the owners of a long established bar in Cookstown, seeking to redevelop the property for alternative commercial uses.

RESULT:

 

Secured a Purchaser wanting to open an off-sales within their convenience store. The Licence was successfully transferred through Court free of Objections within a 10 week timescale. 

 

Tesco Food Store, Newtownards, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

 

Provided advice and preliminary assessments on behalf of the multi-national retailer who had a requirement for a Liquor Licence to create a new off-sales in advance of store opening in an area where "Need" was already satisfied.

RESULT:

Sourced, negotiated and acquired off market an existing off-sales business owned by a local chain which was successfully transferred, free of Objection for store opening.

Premier Inn Hotel, Bangor, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

Assisted the UK's largest hotel chain with securing a Licence for a proposed new hotel.

RESULT:

 

Opening in late 2018, we assisted with the Hotel Licence application to court for Premier Inn which included Licence Notice monitoring on site and court appearance in support of the Application.

 

Elms Bar Redevelopment, Belfast, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

 

Redevelopment of an existing public house by a local retailer to create a new convenience store with integrated off-sales.

 

RESULT:

 

Scope of work included the provision of various surveys on behalf of the retailer including customer movements and price analysis of an Objectors premises.

Premier Inn Hotel, Lisburn, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

 

Provided survey services for the opening of the City of Lisburn's first hotel by the UK's largest hotel chain Premier Inn (Whitbread Group PLC).

 

RESULT:

 

Opened in 2008, we assisted with the Hotel Licence application to court for Premier Inn which included Licence Notice monitoring on site and court appearance in support of the Application.

 

Tesco Express Store, Belfast, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

 

Established Tesco Express located in Ballyhackamore, Belfast. The retailer was seeking to open an off-sales in the store in a popular area which was already served by several well-established off-sales.

RESULT:

 

Negotiated and successfully secured off market the acquisition of a Liquor Licence from an existing off-sales business in the trading vicinity on behalf of Tesco. Stores NI. 

 

Premier Inn Hotel, L/Derry, N.Ireland

PROJECT:

 

Opening of the City of Lisburn's first hotel by the UK's largest hotel chain.

RESULT:

We assisted Premier Inn with the Hotel Licence application to court and the licence was successfully granted free from Objection.
